Inspired by classic game show energy, sound, and color, we recreated and recontextualized the game of trivia, and, post-play, turned the night into a full on dance party. Our goal was to create an event that was fresh, exciting, and 100% undeniable fun.

To promote ‘What’s This?’, we created a social media campaign and custom website that teased content with abstract statements and graphics. This intriguing approach encouraged viewers to ponder our unique trivia concepts, building anticipation for the event.





We created color-coded collateral and trivia kits that aligned with each round of play. The hand held loose-leaf format encouraged people to collaborate and get creative. Completed sheets became works of art and an expression of each team.




Using simple shapes and colors, we developed and designed an original visual round of trivia. Famous logos, products, movie posters, and album art were minimally represented, challenging pop culture knowledge and visual association skills. Our collaboration with Never Home Music paired music tracks with each visual design creating tantalizing hints and epic reveals.
